Description
When the temperatures cool and the sun is almost gone Bull Elk bugle to "harems" of cows, their shrill calls ringing through the evening air. The annual mating ritual takes place in the fall and you can see and almost hear this spectacle in this photograph as the bull Elk lifts his head and bugles.
