Description
The Bridgeton mill was established as a sawmill in 1823. It burned in 1869 and was rebuilt in 1870. Over the years it has been a saw mill, grist mill, brewery, roller mill and feed mill. Today the mill is a working grist mill operated by the Roe family and provides corn meal, flour, fish batter, grits and flour mixes. This view looks across the dam at Big Raccoon Creek.
