Description
The Bowsher Ford Bridge is a single span, Burr-arch Truss structure
built by Eugene Britton in 1915. As I was driving down the lane leading up to the bridge I noticed several wild turkeys in the field next to the lane. As I stopped my car and got out to photograph the bridge one of the hen turkeys flew up and landed on the road. She let me photograph her then she flew off.
